SweetLuxe Studios, a creative brand under SweetLuxe Prime Group Limited, is seeking a talented, creative and experienced Professional Videographer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, producing and editing high-quality video content for weddings, corporate events, commercial projects, promotional campaigns, interviews, documentaries and other special occasions.
We are looking for a professional who understands visual storytelling, camera operation, lighting, audio recording and video production. The ideal candidate must be capable of transforming concepts and client requirements into compelling visual content that reflects the quality and creative standards of SweetLuxe Studios.
The successful applicant must be proficient in operating professional video cameras, working with different lighting conditions, recording clear audio and capturing well-composed footage. Strong video editing and post-production skills are essential, including the ability to edit footage, colour grade, synchronise audio, incorporate music and deliver polished final videos.
Candidates must demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, professionalism, reliability and the ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting production deadlines. The ability to work independently and collaborate with photographers, editors, clients and other creative professionals is also important.

• Film weddings, corporate events, promotional videos, interviews, commercial projects and other special occasions.
• Operate professional video cameras, lenses, stabilisers, tripods and other production equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Apply strong technical knowledge of camera settings, exposure, frame rates, focus, white balance and composition to achieve professional results.
• Set up and use appropriate lighting equipment to produce clear, well-lit footage in different environments.
• Record high-quality audio using suitable microphones and audio equipment to ensure clear dialogue and sound.
• Independently edit and assemble video footage using professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent tools.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio synchronisation, sound mixing and other post-production tasks to deliver polished final videos.
• Incorporate suitable music, sound effects, graphics and transitions to enhance visual storytelling and the overall quality of each production.
• Organise and manage video footage, audio recordings and project files to maintain an efficient editing workflow.
• Deliver completed video projects within agreed deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Work collaboratively with photographers, editors, clients and other creative professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and translate their ideas into engaging video content.
• Maintain and properly care for cameras, lenses, microphones, lighting equipment and other production accessories.
• Adapt to different filming environments, lighting conditions and production requirements while maintaining professional standards.
• Stay informed about current videography techniques, editing software, equipment and creative industry trends.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required for weddings, events and other assignments.
• Proven experience as a professional videographer, with a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating filming, storytelling and video-editing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of professional video cameras, lenses, stabilisation systems, tripods, lighting equipment and production accessories.
• Strong understanding of camera settings, exposure, frame rates, resolution, shutter speed, focus, white balance and composition.
• Proficiency in professional video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete video production workflow, from planning and filming to editing, colour grading, audio processing and final delivery.
• Experience filming weddings, corporate events, promotional content, interviews, commercial projects or other professional video assignments.
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques and the ability to capture quality footage in different environments, including indoor venues, outdoor locations and low-light conditions.
• Good knowledge of audio recording, microphone selection, sound monitoring and audio synchronisation.
• Ability to perform colour correction, colour grading, audio mixing and other essential post-production tasks to a professional standard.
• Strong storytelling ability, creativity, attention to detail and a good understanding of visual composition and shot sequencing.
• Knowledge of file management, footage organisation, data backup procedures and the secure handling of client materials.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and work effectively with other creative professionals.
• Professionalism, reliability, integrity and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently, solve technical problems on location and adapt to changing production requirements.
• Willingness to travel for assignments and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
