Job Overview
SweetLuxe Prime Group Limited is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects across multiple divisions within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects efficiently while ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to drive successful project execution across fashion, media, technology, ecommerce, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage company projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and operational plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with teams across different divisions and departments
- Identify risks and implement effective solutions
- Manage communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure projects align with company goals and brand standards
- Prepare project reports and performance updates for management
- Improve operational workflows and project efficiency
- Support strategic business development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience in project management or operations management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools and workflow systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional certification in Project Management is an advantage
