Job Overview
SweetLuxe Kids is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Personnel / Shop Attendant to join our growing retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage store operations, and help create a welcoming shopping experience that reflects the SweetLuxe brand.
This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for fashion and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store
- Arrange and restock products on shelves and displays
- Handle sales transactions and customer payments
- Assist with inventory management and stock monitoring
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sales and retail operations
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
- Passion for fashion and children’s apparel is a plus
